My name is Cynthia Hampton i am 33 years old. I just started joggging/running in april 2011. My inspiration and my heart goes out to my mom,dad,brother who all three past away last year 2010 due to on going health problems due to their weight. They where my rock and my inspiration to get fit and healthy. They are also my motivation and in my heart at every race. I have currently competed in two races so far.(tremont 5k)(steamboat 4mile run). Here is to them and to my husband that stand with me threw all of the ups and downs and through out the race!!!
