It's been three weeks since I began Scouting Steam. I have to be honest when the day came to begin my actual run on April 8th, I was treading it. Once I got to Woodruff the tread went away. Once I saw the people I ran with last year and started running/walking, I realize why I signed up again. It's fun and it was nice seeing people I ran with last year. I'm not in shape at all but I still managed to run most of the time.
On April 8th we ran up a hill in Glen Oak Park which was no picnic but felt good afterwards. Ran the hill once and walk most of the time. On April 15th went to Woodruff track and did pretty good on my time it took me 6 minutes and 6 seconds to complete 2 lapse around the track. I am looking forward to the next run/walk on April 23rd it's at the River Front (which is always nice to run/walk)
