UNIFORM STEAM
UNIFORM STEAM is new to Steamboat Classic Run/Walk this year to recognize the contributions of our uniformed community members. It challenges individuals in the armed services and community uniformed agencies to compete in Uniform Steam teams.

Teams are comprised of four members, in three different team categories: open male, open female and co-ed (two male, two female). Individuals competing on a team are also eligible for individual awards. The spirit of the Steamboat Classic is to promote community involvement and promote fitness as a healthy lifestyle.

Whether participants race the “Worlds Fastest 4 Mile” on the flat, fast course that winds through the heart of Peoria or walkers attempt the 4-in-1 challenge of finishing the 4-mile course in less than one hour; everyone “can do” Steamboat.
